ENA Return Policy


MARKETPLACE

Books and Merchandise:
Orders can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of shipment, unless otherwise noted. All returned items must be received in sellable condition with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. ENA is not responsible for return shipping fees.

To obtain an RMA code and return instructions, contact Marketplace Customer Service.

Electronic Products and Toolkits:
All ENA IQSIP electronic products and toolkits, as well as e-books are non-refundable or available for exchange.

Individual Orders:
Orders for single purchase online courses can be processed for a refund within 30 days of registration, with the exception of progress noted within the online course.

Group Purchases:
Orders containing a group purchase can be processed for a refund within 30 days of registration, with the exception of claimed licenses for the purchased product.
